Help us honor an Outreach effort that is making a difference in your community
Outreach nominees are eligible for awards and grants and could be used as inspiration for new music honoring the organization.
This form is for nominations of Outreach efforts. Outreach efforts must fall under the purview of a 501c3 organization. The name of the outreach may or may not match the name of the 501c3.
Nominations for Outreaches can come from anywhere
Outreaches can be nominated by anyone internal or external to that organization.
If there are individuals you would like to nominate who are a part of the outreach effort, we encourage you to also nominate them as individuals.
Outreach nominees will be screened for eligibility and then from those eligible nominations some nominations will be selected as Contenders to be honored at the Grounds for Hope awards event where they will be invited to be honored guests at the event.
Overall finalists and winners will be selected by a panel of independent judges from the contenders and announced at the awards event
A Contender does not have to be present to win, but it is highly encouraged!
In the application below, tell us about the outreach you are nominating and why you believe they should win an award. Tell us what inspires you about the outreach you are nominating, and provide examples of what they have done that is extraordinary. Nominations are judged subjectively and independently by our judges based on the stories you tell of faith in action. Help us share stories that inspire and encourage others!
Nomination deadline is: Noon, September 8, 2025
The awards event is Monday, October 13, 2025 in the Von Braun Center , Register Here for the awards event and/or the associated conference and concert.
Note: We do not share with nominees who nominated them.
