Help us honor an individual who lives out their faith in service to others
Individual award finalists will be invited to attend, at no cost, with their guests at the Grounds for Hope Awards event on October 13, 2025 where the award winners will be announced.
This form is for nominations of individuals for Grounds for Hope awards.
Nominations for individuals can come from anywhere
Individuals can be nominated by anyone except themselves (individuals cannot nominate themselves).
If there is an Outreach you would like to nominate in addition to the individual you are nominating here, please fill out a separate nomination for the Outreach. Reminder, Outreach winners receive grants toward their outreach efforts.
Individual nominees will be screened for eligibility and then from those eligible nominations finalists will be chosen to be honored at the Grounds for Hope awards event on Oct 13, 2025. Finalists and their guests will receive free tickets to the awards event, however they do not have to be present to win ( however it is highly encouraged!).
Overall finalists and winners will be selected by a panel of independent judges. Winners will be announced at the awards event.
In the application below, tell us about the individual you are nominating and why you believe they should win an award. Tell us what inspires you about the individual you are nominating, and provide examples of what they have done that is extraordinary. Nominations are judged subjectively and independently by our judges based on the stories you tell of faith in action. Help us share stories that inspire and encourage others!
Nomination deadline is: Noon, September 8, 2025
The awards event is Monday, October 13, 2025 in the Von Braun Center , Register Here for the awards event and/or the associated conference and concert.
